Fronted by Actually Huizenga, known for her captivating stage presence and boundary-pushing creativity, their performance transcends the ordinary and feeds into their musical blend of darkwave, deathrock, and industrial. With critically acclaimed albums like ‚Asking For It‘ (2019) and ‚The Unself‘ (2022), alongside remixes featuring giants of the dark alternative scene, Patriarchy stands at the forefront of an evolving musical and cultural narrative. Joining them is Void Vision, the solo project of Philadelphia-based artist Shari Vari. Void Vision emerged around 2009 combining vintage dance elements with haunting melancholy. Pfarre will complete the evening’s line-up: Artificial staging and the question of what can happen on stage run through the Linz native’s entire musical career. Kristina Pia Hofer is a media theorist at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and a punk musician. She researches collaboration and sensual perception in sonic relationships. April6, Replugged.
