Rolly In The Dark is an acoustic band from Vienna with songs that touch the dustiest corners of the soul and flirt with the secret paths of life and existence, praising the nighttime and all forms of darkness inside us and all around us. Mostly concentrated on playing their own songs, that the singer and songwriter Rolly wrote many years ago and some of which have been waiting in the shadows for the perfect moment to come to light, Rolly In The Dark also enjoy covering very special songs from bands such as the Steeldrivers, Poor Man’s Poison, The White Buffalo, Tom Waits, Eilen Jewell, but also Demented Are Go, Goddamn Gallows, Social Distortion.
Americana noir, between dark folk, country and blues, combined in a unique way.
