The QOS main purpose of existence is to promote and encourage the underground music scene. Bands and guests have the right for free expression, but there will be no tolerance for racistic, fascistic, sexistic, abusive, offensive, threatening, personal attacking behavior, or party/election propaganda and football fan disputes.
